I went to Daniela Labinoti following a slip and fall accident. She represented me very well. It settled sooner than expected. I didn’t get the amount of money that I should have, but that wasn’t Daniela’s fault. She got me the maximum allowed by law, and she was gracious enough to reduce her fee in order to allow me to get just a little bit more on my settlement. Her assistant, Bianca, was extremely professional and helpful at all times. I enjoyed my experience with the firm.
