Office and staff of Gilda were helpful to get what we needed for my dad. I Just called to ask a question for renewal, (which he had used Gilda before previously), and jumped right into the process of renewing. The very next day my dad has his appointment over the phone, which worked best for me instead of having to go into office due to my job.
