I signed up with this law firm months ago based on a recommendation. I’m giving them three stars because they did complete my case, but I was constantly worried during the process because they never gave me updates or progress and I had to call them multiple times. The first person I spoke with while signing the papers was very nice, and I appreciated his help. Greedy and unorganized- I was only dragged in to this law firm after an unfortunate car accident. In the beginning, I did have a pretty nice lady working on my case whom was very informative and communicative- for some reason she no longer was there and from then on my case was passed along so many times. They ended up dragging my case almost a year in a half.
