He was recommended as well as represented me in legal proceedings. The outcome was favorable! An attorney you can deal with when going through something difficult without the arrogance and obnoxious personality traits. Reasonable rates. Listens carefully and is concerned about his client's case getting a favorable outcome.
I have never met such a disgusting and filthy person like David Martin. He's an inappropriate smelly,sloppy unorganized below basic representation lawyer. He's a disgrace to his profession! A total schlep with no respect in the courts! He shows up to court looking disheveled and dirty with gross food stains on his sleeves and shirt! Total disgrace! I can not believe this low grade attorney is now affiliated with the Bongiorno Law firm. smh
Do not hire this "lawyer" unless you want to lose your case. Make sure you also check your bills. He will charge you for his mistakes. I am not going to pay him $800 worth of phone calls and emails for him not being able to make it to court on the schedule court date. He should pay for his own mistakes. I am still in shock.
