I used him for about a year, at 1st i was happy, very reasonable money wise. Now i know why, ...he never liked to be question and he would get pissed off easily if i did.., unprofessional.. He lied to me about signing papers that ended up hurting me more by helping. he did way more harm than good.. also rushed thru things, and was MIA most of the time... DO NOT USE HIM..

Please refrain from hiring Rafael Vargas. Before I comment, I just want everyone to know that I am not ignorant to the system. He is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to his clients. He does not like to be questioned and will even argue with his clients. He rarely answered his phone and at times would go MIA. One time, he didn't return my call until 10 min before court and I was already prepared to inform the judge I didn't know where he was. I found out he was actually out of the country. Rafael is straightforward, honest and very knowledgeable. His paralegal Orieta is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

So unprofessional I was trying to get answers and is very short and cutting never answers phone so unreliable
