Todd has represented me several times gives great advice has helped me through several different situations very educated, great at what he does in all aspects! I feel compelled to write this for anyone looking for an attorney for a custody case. After working with Todd Bennett, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a family law attorney. Unfortunately, I've had to hire family lawyers before, so I have something to compare this experience against. The biggest issues were communication, preparation, and the overall handling of my case. We had some complications closing on our house but Erica (his paralegal) was able to easily and professionally get us through the quagmire of legal paperwork required. She communicated with us all the way! I have known Todd for many years and I knew I could trust he and his team to get the job.
