I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I just found out today that our rewards have been taken away. You should have had a sign posted by the card machine, where we add money to wash. I like coming to this laundromat only because the laundry mat is normally very clean. The dryers don’t normally dry on the first cycle which is a rip off.
Owner, I wanted to reach out regarding my recent wash, as I noticed that my rewards points weren’t credited this time. I truly appreciate the rewards program and look forward to those extra benefits, especially since I wash frequently. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anyone to discuss this with at the time, so I thought it best to bring it to your attention.
I love Luz, she has been an all-around blessing to this laundromat! I have been doing my laundry here for 5 years and I’ve had 0 complaints…until now. I am a student and I rely on the free wi-fi to get my work done while doing laundry. Well, the last 3 times I’ve come to do my laundry, the wi-fi is either “down” or what I was just told it’s “no more.” I’m not sure what’s going on but an establishment that advertises “Free High-Speed Internet” on a giant sign needs to adhere to that sign. Luz kindly welcomes you and shows you the ropes. It’s the best laundry mat you could have in your neighborhood! It’s always bright and cheery, shiny and clean, and has everything you could possibly need.
From the parking lot to wash,rinse,&spin the whole process was easy to navigate. This is my first time at this location and I will be coming back for more suds. Also the staff was keeping busy with maintenance of this facility. 5 Stars. Great job Mondale Laundry
