Shelby can’t handle the responsibilities of her position professionally and honestly, she shouldn’t be working here. There’s no excuse for lying about tenants just to protect her image. Residents deserve respect not false accusations.
Lawrence Village Office. While many residents here are simply trying to improve their lives and care for their homes, we’ve experienced repeated instances of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, particularly from Shelby. Her interactions with tenants are often dismissive and belittling, and it’s disheartening to see residents spoken to in such a manner.
