They did an inspection. I told them not to come in because for my safety and theirs I have guns here. They ignored that it was the owner that ignored that now not even 2 weeks later they're doing another inspection calling it for insurance. I told them I don't want nobody in my apartment and they went in my apartment 15 minutes before my wife was home because they could. I applied last yr & was called this yr to come fill out application. I was told weeks ago the place would be vacant the 2nd week of July. The woman (Melissa) copied my ID when I was in the office then upon requesting information on if things all got turned in etc she then needed me to email her a picture of my ID. It has been a couple weeks since she told me she should hear from the housing agency by Friday & she has yet to reply to my question about if I’ve been approved or denied as well as since asking for the housing age... read more
They don't keep up with maintenance but are fine putting a single mother and two children on the street when the only issue has ever been clutter. No noise issues, police, or late rent. They also have a groundskeeper that likes to look in people's windows and snap pictures. And in people's vehicles. If I could give less than one star I would. Also the maintenance man moved his daughter in and the manager koved in relation to her...they get away with everything.
Worst place I’ve ever lived period. The landlord doesn’t care about his people. Black mold roaches people screaming fighting all hours of the night. No cleaning. Literally gave me trauma about renting.
Its OK but the drugs r bad there's cops out here all the time but if u stay to your self your good
