A statistically improbable ratio of female to male employees reeks of systemic bigotry.

LBS will not protect you from fraud. watched my Fiancee nearly get finacially destroyed using this bank as person after person stole her. And they were virtually always condescending about it. The best choice we ever made was removing her business from this bank. Go elsewhere.

Our Credit Union has systems and processes in place to identify unusual activity on a Member’s account, but there are times we aren’t able to identify fraud before it happens. When fraudulent transactions occur and are confirmed, we reimburse our Member and absorb the loss. LBS could improve by retraining their staff... example... Marisol Chavez on compassion and better customer service. MARISOL is rude and unsympathetic. She lacks customer service skills and should not work with the public. She makes your company look bad. I would never recommend anyone deal with a company that allows a representative to get loud with a grieving widow and hang up on customers.

Walked up to the Teller and she waited for me to speak instead of greeting me the customer like she was trained. This is my second time actually dealing with L.B.S and I see a pattern of jealousy and immaturity. Only joined to get a loan.

I wrote a check in October and November to an individual who mobile deposited (picture image) into their bank shortly thereafter. I noticed that those two hard checks cleared my account again over the weekend. Called LBSFCU three separate times to explain this to numerous agents. Had to follow up all week and to this day, I have yet to receive the money they erroneously took out of my account because of faulty security guardrails (or lack-thereof). Check your statements carefully and fix your systems LBSFCU!
