Always greeted by.friendly staff. Always well taken care of. My account is actually with a sister branch, are they opened a new account here because of their friendly and helpful staff. Cannot give them enough praise.
What a Joke! I used this branch to make deposits to my credit union for the last 8 years. On Friday Jan 6th I experience a deposit malfunction at the ATM with a cash deposit. I lost $400 and my atm card in the machine. Since it was close to 5pm the bank would not let me in to speak with a manager. I needed them to confirm I was there and get the branch info for my credit union to file a claim. The manager refused to speak with me for 30 seconds and the door was shut. Close my credit card account after many years . I had excellent credit and use the card at least several times a year. Other than that no problems
I called LBS Newport Beach to ask how to link my external account to my LBS account for my loan payment but the lady, who I believe was Crystal (I had her number saved from past) picked up and after I explain why I am calling she hung up on me. I called from a different number and told her that I will report her to her manager if she hangs up on me again, she said you do what you have to do and hung up on me again. This was the rudest customer service I ever received from a bank.
We have been banking with them for about a decade now. The bank and its personnel have always been helpful with assisting our questions and needs. I like their diligence related to safety also.
