This was my first time at the food hall. It was cool. The employees greeted us upon walking in and informed us on how everything works. The main thing I didn’t like was the ghost kitchens. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to interact with an employee from each restaurant to get suggestions on what to order or ask a question. We had to rely on social media and reviews. I decided to work remotely here for the afternoon and definitely enjoyed it. Because it was midday but after the lunch rush it wasn't overcrowded, definitely clean and the staff were super friendly. There are currently 7 vendors in the food hall, plus the bar area that makes smoothies, espresso, teas, and of course alcoholic beverages. Came here with high hopes, but everything went to hell once we ordered. First off, the system stopped sending our orders to the kitchen due to a glitch. I completely understand occasional system issues, HOWEVER, this issue seems to go back months and it looks like it's been left unresolved. I had to physically walk to each counter to check if my food was made. Turns out none of our orders were created and we had to place them manually after waiting over 30 minutes. a variety of tastes and flavors, as this venue may be different than my visit. the cocktail was tasty, bit quick. the sushi was the highlight, and the truffle fries they had were memorable. I'd visit again, just for the truffle fries.
Sticky tables. Limited food options. Don’t make your mind up by looking at the menu’s, chances are the vendor will be out of several menu options. Some vendors don’t accept credit cards. My best guess is lack of traffic (12 people during peak lunch hour) has impact on vendors being able to provide adequate service. Interior looks great, just mind the sticky tables.
