We had an amazing time at Le Fantome food hall! Our faves were the orange chicken, tacos and of course the delicious cocktails. My faves are the pomegranate margarita and the Moscow mule. They tasted delicious and looked just like they did on social media! The food was incredibly delicious — we loved that we get to try different cuisines from different vendors and were really impressed by how tasty they were! This was my first time at the food hall. It was cool. The employees greeted us upon walking in and informed us on how everything works. The main thing I didn’t like was the ghost kitchens. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to interact with an employee from each restaurant to get suggestions on what to order or ask a question. We had to rely on social media and reviews. I love the idea behind the food hall. However, the service is off and not a good fit for diners who want to be waited on. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great, but the food runner was not, and we had already tipped her on ordering as we did not know she would never come back or how it worked. There is hope, but not our favorite spot in the neighborhood.

I decided to work remotely here for the afternoon and definitely enjoyed it. Because it was midday but after the lunch rush it wasn't overcrowded, definitely clean and the staff were super friendly. There are currently 7 vendors in the food hall, plus the bar area that makes smoothies, espresso, teas, and of course alcoholic beverages. It's probably the most disorganized venue i have been to in quite in some time. Where do I start? It is a hall that has 4 restaurants and a bar. The bar, Casper's, lacks skilled bartenders and a manager, apparently. Sanitation is a huge concern. Glasses are not being washed before being reused. At least for the glasses I brought to the bar. The app is not user-friendly. It is difficult to put in adjustments without issues. This makes putting in special/specific orders in almost impossible. It's almost pointless to try.... read more
