Overall just a stressful homebuying experience. You guys offered great accessibility & flexible lines of communication which we greatly appreciated! Thanks for responding quickly and at all hours!
The teamwork between me and the whole staff at LeaderOne was Fantastic and Efficient. I was kept informed and received very helpful and knowledgeable advice. The one attribute which was tops in my dealings with LeaderOne is I felt like I was their only customer. I never felt like I was just another client who they were just interested in making money off of me. The whole experience is one I will encourage others to make LeaderOne their choice when looking for a Mortgage Lender.
The entire process was smooth. Communication was very efficient and the system that handles documentation is pretty easy to follow removing non value added bureaucracy.
Working with Kevin Roller is great. The assistants on the other hand have poor communication. Multiple calls not returned. I will continue working with Kevin but would like to see better communication when he hands it off to his office staff.
The team was very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They also worked hard to get me a great loan in a short amount of tme.
Every person on the team was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. You all really made my first time home buying experience a breeze. Thanks!
