Quick responses to my concerns. Flexibility. Streamlined, online process made the process simpler. Friendly, personable individuals who handled my loan. However, could have been more proactive and anticipated possible need of certain documentation and alerted me in advance to watch for further email communication may be necessary over the weekend prior to closing.
