i would not use this company again, Sales people a quick to call you, getting service on an already purchased stairlift that becomes nonfunctioning is another story. i have been phoning them for over a week to get service and they have not bothered to get back to me as to when a technitian can come out. i have called the 4 out of 5 days and get the same story , " someone will call you to schedule a repair day and time" is the patent answer they keep giving. meanwhile i have a disabled person to take care of in a lower level ... read more
Leaf Home solutions takes advantage of the elderly and disabled by charging them exorbitant amounts of money for their stair lifts. I would not recommend this company at all. I have several people I know that have done business with them and they all wish they could have gone somewhere else and felt pressured in the moment to make a decision for fear of losing out on a "great deal". Do not do business with this company.
Ever since I got my stair lift I've had nothing but problems. The chair started pitching forward by a year and I had to have the rails and motherboard replaced of course after my year warranty. Now one year after that my chair is again not working. I have been waiting over a week to get someone out here after multiple calls saying someone would reach out to me. We like the shower but did not receive all that we ordered. The materials for the shower are of good quality and the installer did a great job. However per the contract we didn't receive the corner caddies as was requested in the written contract. I reached out to the job manager who assured me he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard from him again! I would not recommend this company for that reason. I guess once they get there money......... We had a bathtub to walk in shower installation. The process was easy and handled well. Had been shopping around with a couple companies that promise one day installation. Leaf was the second I had talked to and they came in with an excellent quote. Don McCormick was the sales person and he was wonderful. Put downpayment on job and within two days got a call to set up for final measurements. After that was completed was told installation would start sometime the week of the 23rd of May.
