This is the worst costumer service. Since 06/30/25, I contact with them for repair the lift chair I bought on April 2022, with the life guarantee offer. Take all the information and pass my call to different people and never return the calls and solutions my problems. But when I contact them for information to buy the product they don't stop calling me. Also, a sales person show to my home a Sunday, at 9pm without any announcement or appointment for make a presentation. Now they didn't return my calls. DON NOT MAKE BUSINESS ... read more
Purchased the Pinnacle Walk-In Tub on Nov 2023. For the price I definitely expected quality parts. I contracted Leaf Home Safety Solution to senior proof my two bathrooms and put a chair lift in. Although there were several hip-cups a long the way but this company worked very quickly to fix the problems that were encountered. Also thank you to Anthony and his partner for getting my master bedroom showe... read more
We had our master bath shower replaced and just love the job they did. The team started by covering all areas of foot traffic and nearby areas to keep debris and foot traffic area clean. They called before arriving on time and were professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The job was completed in a day and a half, and they cleaned up well before departing. The workers were professional throughout the construction. We would highly recommend this company for bath/shower reconstruction. Great job. Richard
I had my tub and shower area replaced and they were very professional. They did a beautiful job, cleaned everything up and I love the way it looks. I would highly recommend them.
