The salesman was top notch and helpful. The installer was a very nice professional young man who did a great job and answered all our questions on how to operate the lift. Would highly recommend
Sale rep was a great talker, made all the right guarantees, my tub area was measured twice, product received was incorrect size. Had to settle for something I didn't order or wait 3 more months. Not much choice since my bathroom was all toren a part.. Shower shelves again incorrect ones..they actually wanted to install them...I had to wait for correct ones to be ordered. The company had great service and Angie the Rep gave us so many choices and she was great at her job. I would use them again. On time and great work it turned out beautiful.
Very pushy. Price high, quality of materials low. Used car mentality of this price only today.......then after saying no come back with better quality and 2800 less price...no thanks
