The company installed a defective walk in tub that leaks and after I asked for a brand new tub that's operational for my husband who has Alzheimers, they became unresponsive. I have not been able to use my 21,000 tub since they installed it in September. I'm still waiting for my tub to be replaced, I would not recommend this company.
