So, I had just recently purchased a brand new home in circleville. We were having hard water issues. I contacted Leaf water systems. They sent a salesman out with a water testing kit. He tested the water. Told me it was hard. And based on my needs, he suggested a treatment system that doesn't use salt to soften. It only treats hard spots. We can't thank Brian enough for his quick turn around in getting our annual inspection and service scheduled. Our UV filtration system needed immediate service and Brian was quick and willing to make sure the technicians got in touch with me immediately. Calvin and team were really good at assessing our water situation and recommending a system to solve our issue. Always supportive and responsive with questions we had. Along with prompt installation and servicing. Top notch!
The tech tested the water and the system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our system is working correctly but being on a well has some challenges. Slight rust stains will taps dripping due to extreme cold. His recommendations shock the well for iron bacteria in the well. Appreciate his help.
I called them to have my water tested and provide a recommendation on how to remove the rotten egg smell from my water. The salesman tested my water and said that my current 5 year old water softener was trash and tried to sell me a new water softener and another filter system to remove the smell. All for around $8k.
