We can't thank Brian enough for his quick turn around in getting our annual inspection and service scheduled. Our UV filtration system needed immediate service and Brian was quick and willing to make sure the technicians got in touch with me immediately. I was already on the margin of getting a filtration system for the home before calling Leaf (Hudson Ohio based & A+ BBB rated). Bryan (consultant/sales) was very informative and educational. He informed me to learn about the existence of chemicals in our water including fluoride, chlorine byproducts, and PFAS microplastics that are quite carcinogenic. Mike was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the installation process and left the area clean when he finished. Jord Gareen had tested our water explained the results offered suggestions and what to expect. He was professional and not pushy regarding the product.

I do want to give a shout out to Cole who was the only one that would return my calls. Thank you again Cole. I tried to get someone to come out and check our system because a inspector flagged our system. Cole was on vacation so someone else was suppose to come and I was even give a time from 1 to 4. We drove 2 hours to the house we were selling waited from 12 to 6 and no one called or even cane out. At 4 I called to make sure they would come and I wasn't able to be assured if it would happen.
