So, I had just recently purchased a brand new home in circleville. We were having hard water issues. I contacted Leaf water systems. They sent a salesman out with a water testing kit. He tested the water. Told me it was hard. And based on my needs, he suggested a treatment system that doesn't use salt to soften. It only treats hard spots. He put me under pressure stating if I chose them by the next day. He would discount the price. So, I chose them. 5000 later and 3 months. Same issue. I contact them. And was told. I do want to give a shout out to Cole who was the only one that would return my calls. Thank you again Cole. I tried to get someone to come out and check our system because a inspector flagged our system. Cole was on vacation so someone else was suppose to come and I was even give a time from 1 to 4. We drove 2 hours to the house we were selling waited from 12 to 6 and no one called or even cane out. At 4 I called to make sure they would come and I wasn't able to be assured if it would happen. The tech tested the water and the system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our system is working correctly but being on a well has some challenges. Slight rust stains will taps dripping due to extreme cold. His recommendations shock the well for iron bacteria in the well. Appreciate his help.

I called them to have my water tested and provide a recommendation on how to remove the rotten egg smell from my water. The salesman tested my water and said that my current 5 year old water softener was trash and tried to sell me a new water softener and another filter system to remove the smell. All for around $8k. Once I told him that I would have to look into getting my current softener checked to validate his harsh comment he started raising his voice at me in front of my children.
