He was wonderful to work with and now I've discovered my ice maker is working again. So thank you very very much! I was very surprised! The sale and installation could not have been any better. Both the salesman and installer were professional and the installer was super efficient , explained the process and answered our questions. I would highly recommend this company. The water we have now from every faucet in the house tastes great and we are very pleased.
For four years, we’ve been dealing with undrinkable water since installing Leaf Water Solution’s system. They never installed the pre-filtration to remove metals, so the entire system is clogged. Our bathtub, faucets, kitchen sink, and other fixtures have been damaged. They’ve come out multiple times but never fixed the system. So, I had just recently purchased a brand new home in circleville. We were having hard water issues. I contacted Leaf water systems. The first system recommended was installed. However, after less than 3 months. My hardwater spots were back. I contacted the home office in Columbus. Through some working back and forth with the company without all of the details. We have the Leaf Water System in 2 homes and was pleased with the install. HOWEVER, their follow-up is horrible. We have called to get filters replaced and was on hold for 45 minutes only to get a message that they will return our call in 24 hours. No call received. Same scenario 2 weeks later, no call back. Is anyone in the Service Department that we can actually speak with to schedule our filter change? Considering changing systems. Wouldn’t recommend because of customer service.
