Both our salesperson Brian and our installer Carlos were a joy to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and professional and thoroughly explained their whole home water solution. Carlos did a very clean installation and explained how to use the equipment. Having well water, we had hard water issues that were leading to appliance and fixture issues. Jared was the contractor who was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Carlos was the installer. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! He explained everything very well! I am very happy thus far (the water filtration system was installed last Sunday, 8:30/26) and I can see improvement already. My water feels silky and I see lots less water spots.
