So far, very excellent product at an affordable price. Our tech, Alex Rosario, was simply superb. He told us everything we needed to know about system operation, answered questions as he completed the install, walked us through all operations and the bypass setup - truly a skilled professional! As a dual active duty married couple, Robert took great care of us in terms of customer service and pricing of the system. We will see how the system performs through the years, but so far, excellent all around experience!
We called this morning to request help, had a representative on site by noon, got everything ordered and ready to get scheduled for install. Alex Rosario, the installer, gave us a call and asked if we wanted it installed the same day still. Alex was awesome to work with and in about 12 hours from initially asking for help, we had a complete system installed! The company is super veteran-friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend the entire team again!
Alex did a great job! Not only was he very professional, punctual, and did a great job explaining how my new system works and how to take care of it, but I also loved his demeanor. He had a very kind, gentle and positive spirit! I might also add that Robbie, the sales rep, was not pushy in the least. He was very informative and patient with all my questions. My experience with Leaf was positive all the way around! And I'm confident I've received the best whole house water system on the market!
We want to express our appreciation and say how very happy we are with our Marketing Manager Robert Hill and our Contractor Installer Alex Rosario! They were very professional while also friendly and personable. Alex left the area clean and took the old equipment away. Sales consultant Robbie told me installation technician would arrive at 11 a m. Installer, Alex, called me at 11 a m and informed me he would be here at 12 noon. Alex arrived at 1245 pm. Alex completed the installation efficiently and left the work area clean and tidy upon his departure. Alex explained how the unit works, and what I should expect as the water softener starts to manage the household water.
