So far, very excellent product at an affordable price. Our tech, Alex Rosario, was simply superb. He told us everything we needed to know about system operation, answered questions as he completed the install, walked us through all operations and the bypass setup - truly a skilled professional! As a dual active duty married couple, Robert took great care of us in terms of customer service and pricing of the system. We will see how the system performs through the years, but so far, excellent all around experience!
Clayton was such a great guy. I wasn’t expecting that. I figured I would meet some high pressure sales guy but instead I got someone who it felt was actually trying to help me. What a concept. A company that wants to help rather than just make a sale. If I was still in business I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring Clayton - and the fact that he works for Leaf Water means when I do get my system I am MUCH more likely to use Leaf than any other business.
Justin was extremely personable, patient and helpful while helping me troubleshoot an issue with our water softener system over the phone- on a Friday evening no less- so I didn’t have to wait for an appointment next week. He had me send him pictures so we were both sure we were talking about the same thing (because I am no expert on anything related to this😜) and walked me through the steps to determine what the problem was. Clayton did a fantastic job starting from scratch with me and walking me through the various systems and my options. Really appreciate his knowledge and no-pressure demeanor. Makes working with him easy!
Clayton was very professional and knowledgeable about the leaf home water system. He answered all of my questions and ensured I understood the product. I asked quite s few questions but he never seemed annoyed or short on time. He remained patient the entire time. He was also very pleasant and easy to talk to. I'm sure I'll love my water system but Clayton's honest and respectful personality made it an easier decision. Thanks for sending Clayton.
