I am enjoying my water filter. I am no longer drinking from the plastic bottles or having to carry them home from the store, which was killing my hands and arms. Over time the filter will pay for itself. I feel better about what is really in my water now. The job under my sink was neatly done. I still had room for all my supplies too. I had an excellent experience with getting a new water filtration system. An oncologist at Roswell told a family member that getting a good water filtration system for the whole house was one of the best ways to reduce cancer risks so after some research I called Leaf Home Water Solutions. Tom came out to test our water and explain my different options and he was really knowledgeable and helpful and he went the extra mile to schedule the installation at a convenient time for me just a couple of days later. Leaf home water solutions were quick and efficient from testing the water and installation. Chris Files lectured us about water which is very informative. Daniel came the next day to install the system and was also considerate of our concerns as well. Thank you guys for a great job.
Sales person did not do a proper water sample. The kitchen sink water supply is not hooked up to my current softener while the rest of the house is. Never addressed, which tells he he is a sales person and not a water expert. As for water smell; sales person seaig, well. your current system should work fine.... ? Guy needs mort training or schooling to be the expert on what he is presenting. I have moved on and am going aa diffent direction now
Product is a five, but because of issues we had with areas of sales and install procedures that could use improvement. (a. presenting us with an unreasonable start and length of install time and b. ill-equipped install technician) we gave them a 4.
