I really just wanted a quote for some filtered water in our home so I scheduled an appointment. I was fortunate enough to have the regional manager Julie come with a newer associate and spent plenty of time with me going over all the details of the water tests. This rating is because of James FIT from the New Orleans maintainence crew. Apparently our sys wasn't installed properly, almost two years ago!! He fixed it quickly and was super helpful answering my questions.
Justin the installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us how to use everything. Took his shoes off before coming into our home without us asking.
