Okay, here's the deal. This company has great water filter products and are knowledgeable. They're just not great communicators. The sales people will omit certain details to make a sale. So, if you're going to buy from this company there are a few terms you should familiarize yourself with. 1) TDS (total dissolved solids) 2) ppm (parts per million) 3) RO (reverse osmosis filter) Next, get yourself a TDS tester and test your water. Justin the installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us how to use everything. Took his shoes off before coming into our home without us asking.
Got a system installed over a year ago due to lead and ammonia in the water. The system worked fine for the year except one occurance where the system nearly fell over due to poor mounting of the filters. I'm very handy so when it came time to change the uv lamp I figured I would do it myself, except the lamp can't be purchased and leaf demands $400 to service the system which the representative failed to mention! This company is not great at all…… we got our system a year ago. We had to call maintenance a few times. They came but they are short on staff and AFTER a whole year when the system started to beep for maintenance they just told us that we will have to pay $650 for filters apparently every year. We would’ve not get this if we have known. We got a loan for $10,000 dollar to get “THE BEST system” and at no time the sales man or anybody told us nor on the contract it states any of this . Very Happy Customer!! Called for a consultation and had a representative come over to talk to us. The representative, Wesley, explained everything about their system and answered all of our concerns and questions. He was very thorough and spent the time testing the water, and explaining the results. We decided to have the system installed and he was able to get us an appointment for just 3 days later.
