Hank was an amazing salesman. Very knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares about his company and the people he serves. He worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed. During install we have some carbon blowback in our water system. Hank was quick to get me the help I needed to resolve the issue and get us back on track. He also came back out a week later to retest our water to insure the filter was working properly. Highly recommend their product. I really just wanted a quote for some filtered water in our home so I scheduled an appointment. I was fortunate enough to have the regional manager Julie come with a newer associate and spent plenty of time with me going over all the details of the water tests. By the end of our visit I was sold! I can’t believe all the harmful things in our city water.
