This rating is because of James FIT from the New Orleans maintainence crew. Apparently our sys wasn't installed properly, almost two years ago!! He fixed it quickly and was super helpful answering my questions.
Okay, here's the deal. This company has great water filter products and are knowledgeable. They're just not great communicators. The sales people will omit certain details to make a sale. So, if you're going to buy from this company there are a few terms you should familiarize yourself with. 1) TDS (total dissolved solids) 2) ppm (parts per million) 3) RO (reverse osmosis filter) Next, get yourself a TDS tester and test your water. Very Happy Customer!! Called for a consultation and had a representative come over to talk to us. The representative, Wesley, explained everything about their system and answered all of our concerns and questions.
