Okay, here's the deal. This company has great water filter products and are knowledgeable. They're just not great communicators. The sales people will omit certain details to make a sale. The representative, Wesley, explained everything about their system and answered all of our concerns and questions. Got a system installed over a year ago due to lead and ammonia in the water. The system worked fine for the year except one occurance where the system nearly fell over due to poor mounting of the filters. I'm very handy so when it came time to change the uv lamp I figured I would do it myself, except the lamp can't be purchased and leaf demands $400 to service the system which the representative failed to mention!
