Wow were we impressed!! Our initial meeting was with Travis who was knowledgeable and customer focused. He thoroughly explained our options and provided solutions. We went from not understanding our water options to fully prepared to make a good decision to handle our needs. Next came the installation. Danny was super helpful. Vee Xayavong is a very impressive installation technician. He called to arrange a time to install our water softener and conditioner and our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He arrived on time and immediately impressed me with his observations about the Prairie School architecture elements of our home which was designed by a student of Wright’s Taliesin program. I LOVE my Leaf water system! I love knowing that there are no chemicals in my family's water...it has made a huge difference in my skin and hair! I also love knowing that our drinking water is safe and clean as well. We've had the system for quite a while now and l can't imagine not having it. Dominic was so easy to work with and told us all kind of things that were in our water that I had no idea was even possible!
I had a positive experience with Doug, the technician, during his service visit for my water softener today. He effectively communicated the issues and the necessary procedures, demonstrating a thorough approach. My husband has expressed concerns regarding the system's maintenance costs, particularly the expense of yearly check-ups, which exceed $300+, and the need for a technician to travel from Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
