Trav was a very good salesman, knew his product very well and very professional. Danny was awesome, he came and put it together in my shop. Very fast and knowledgeable, the kid now’s what he’s doing. It looks very professional and neat. Wish I would have had him as an employee when I owned my business. A very likeable person.
I had a positive experience with Doug, the technician, during his service visit for my water softener today. He effectively communicated the issues and the necessary procedures, demonstrating a thorough approach. My husband has expressed concerns regarding the system's maintenance costs, particularly the expense of yearly check-ups, which exceed $300+, and the need for a technician to travel from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Danny did a great job installing our softener. Knew what he was doing and informed us what we need to do. Clean was great too. Thank you for completing it at scheduled time.
I have had my system for a year. When installed they put it in an area if it leaks it will get into my electrical panel. I was told they will move it. It's been over a year and now they don't want to. My water was still really rusty they came and realized something wasn't hooked up properly. This really didn't help much. I had my year maintenance. The tech didn't seem he knew much. The sad thing is I still have rusty smelly water. Very disappointed. Not what I thought I was getting for $12,000.00.
