Vee Xayavong is a very impressive installation technician. He called to arrange a time to install our water softener and conditioner and our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He arrived on time and immediately impressed me with his observations about the Prairie School architecture elements of our home which was designed by a student of Wright’s Taliesin program. When they 1st put it in it was great but then we noticed nothing but calcium in the wayer. Its causing me and my daughter to have kidney stomes and you can taste it even after going thru RO. Tech that came out said the system would never take out calcium from the water....then why in the hell did I buy it????? The system itself works as it should. The installation was less than diy quality using all plastic pipe and push-on fittings. Definitely not professional plumbers which I now understand why they didn’t want to get a permit to perform the work. The worst part is when it comes time to replace your filters you can’t just buy them, you have to pay $198 for them to come install them. We have had a wonderful experience with Leaf Home. Rob, the salesperson, was very thorough in his presentation to us. He took time to answer every question we had regarding the system. Danny, the installer, was equally thorough in answering our questions during the installation of the system. He left the work area tidy. Both Rob and Danny made certain we knew what we needed to do after the installation was complete. The cost of the system was as we anticipated. We were happy we qualified for some discounts, of course.
I was impressed with leaf. The sales rep knew what he was talking about and found me the right solution. Didn’t oversell me when I already had a water softener. The installer was timely, polite, did an amazing job, and cleaned up after themselves. Obviously, the product is great too. :)
