Excellent service. Salesman was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He never pushed anything but listened and tried to find any available discounts. The installer was fantastic. He did a great job very quickly. Explained everything he did and how to operate the system very well. All around a fantastic experience and would highly recommend for anyone in need of a water softener.
I was pleasantly surprised by each member of this team. The salesperson made every effort to patiently explain what I needed and why. I had a few questions even after the papers were signed yet he called me promptly back. The installer was timely and courteous throughout the install. He definately deserved a 5 star review! So great!!! I already can tell the benefits.

I need to be transparent. The sales and installation went fine until three months into ownership our system stopped working. This is when the problem with leaf home became apparent. Their service department is very bad. Not only were they defensive when asked to bring someone out they only would tell me they sent an email to their manager.
