Excellent service. Salesman was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He never pushed anything but listened and tried to find any available discounts. The installer was fantastic. He did a great job very quickly. Explained everything he did and how to operate the system very well. All around a fantastic experience and would highly recommend for anyone in need of a water softener.
I was pleasantly surprised by each member of this team. The salesperson made every effort to patiently explain what I needed and why. I had a few questions even after the papers were signed yet he called me promptly back. The installer was timely and courteous throughout the install. He definately deserved a 5 star review!
