Terrible support and customer service. My system was installed in the GTA (Canada). Everything was great during sale and installation. However after 2 months there was a leak that ruined my basement floor. I realized that the hose coming our of the filtration system was outside the drain, so I supposed that it was not properly fixed and eventually it came out during the filtration cleanse that the system performs on a weekly basis.
