I was very impressed by the young representative, Nomar Perez, because he scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me- after work in the evening. He called to let me know he was in route. He was very knowledgeable about his product quality. He provided physical examples & photos of how LeafFilter works. I had such a wonderful experience working with Brad at LeafFilter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel pressured. The installation team was professional, on time, and left my property spotless when they finished. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, and I would absolutely recommend Brad and LeafFilter to my friends and family.
The installer arrived on time but spoke no English. The back gutter was not realigned as promised as it has a dip. The 2nd. guy showed up with dirty tattered clothes and black teeth. He was on the roof for about ten minutes and then simply left without a word. He made it worse. Over two weeks now and still waiting for a repairman to show up and correct the issue the slick salesman promised.
Brian M. Was the gutter specialist that came to my home to give me an inspection of my gutters and quote. He was precisely on time with his appointment. Was very thorough with his inspection showing me all the photos and video of my gutters. He explained all the details of how and what’s included during an installation. Was never pushy into trying to close the deal. Answered all my questions and was very professional. He had a great demeanor.
