This company lied to my mom even though she is newly widowed. They made promises they didn't keep and Jeff the salesman is essentially a conman. It was supposed to be a 2 man job and one guy came out a did a very poor job with the entire install. They damaged my roof and didn't install what they said they would. All involved were first class! The sales rep was friendly and helpful, when the installers showed up the following week, they were right on time, extremely efficient, and friendly. It was a very quick and seamless operation. As a bonus, I no longer have to worry about clogged gutters! Oh, and did I mention lifetime warranty that is transferable?
Vaughn Waite came to our house to look at our gutters, assess our needs and give us an estimate. Extremely nice and informative guy. We signed up to have them do the work and they're able to do it in 1-week.
I live in Sturgeon Bay and had the pleasure of working with Vaughn Waite to assess what our needs.
