Worst company ever . Had to give them1 star to leave a review. All downspouts are pieced together, on the first rain water overflowed . They say they don't use subcontractors, but that's all they sent to my house . The first crew was 2 guys from Texas that I had to help install the back gutter they didn't have big enough crew . When you try to get repairs . They send someone in beat-up vehicle and doesn't have equipment to do the job . The sales person never calls back . Once they get paid they drop you like your hot .
Wish I could go back and not use this company. Issue after issue and there’s no one to contact about it. Calling the corporate number just results in waiting for a phone call that never comes or takes several days longer than they tell you. I had gutters installed the first time very poorly. They were installed so poorly that another crew had to come out and replace them. The second crew that came didn’t properly secure a 20ft section on the front of my house. I will not be using this company again. My experience has been horrible. I had them come and install 2 gutters on my home last October. Half of my gutters fell off my house as you can see in the photos 4 months later. They didn’t even last 1 winter. So I called their warranty #. A kind and understanding woman scheduled me someone to come out and take a look for the following week, however they decided to show up a week early. I work in a very similar industry. This review is not against the sales rep that came to give us a quote, he was just doing his job. This is about the disappointment of the sales pitch and over priced quote. First off, when I first scheduled the appointment, I was appreciative they were flexible and willing to come at 7pm, however I was not aware that the rep would be at my home for an hour in a half, if this was explained to me I would not have scheduled at 7pm. Kevin Heine, the canvasser who booked my appointment, was very knowledgeable about the products and services that LeafFilter provides, pointed out exactly what was wrong with my gutters, and explained the entire process very well. Dave Kettlehake, the product specialist who inspected my gutters and recommended a solution, was very knowledgeable and patient, and was even able to recommend gutters in my favorite color (packer green).
