The first crew they send did a horrible job and after one day we’re not even half done. The workmanship was sloppy and practically everything about the installation was not right. I called the man who sold me the system and pointed out all the issues that I had a problem with as well as sent photos and videos of the job. He asked me to call the Leaf Filter customer service line so they would have a first hand description of my experience, and I did. Overall satisfied. The presentation and sales experience was excellent although we did have sticker shock. Still do as we make our monthly payments. The sales manager did offer us a veteran discount and a small percentage of savings which was appreciated. The installation initially was impressive. Fast and professional. Until we had problems with the filter system causing ice dams and water backing up and leaking into our house. Apparently the installers did not calk the seam well enough. We had a great experience working with Matt from LeafFilter. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure and helped us understand the best options for our home. We really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was. We had LeafFilter installed on 8/17/2025. The salesperson Louis explained the process clearly and the crew arrived on time. They cleaned up thoroughly, and the crew tested everything before leaving. Since the install we’ve had no clogs, no overflow, and no maintenance. Customer service/warranty communication was great it’s always good to talk to real people, Price felt reasonable for the work and warranty. Overall, very satisfied would recommend to homeowners who want no gutter maintenance.
Great job by the single fella doing the job. He had to drive from 3 hours away, & took about 5 hours to clean, fix, seal, & install my new plastic & stainless steel fine mesh screens. Unfortunately, he does not get paid for mileage & he only gets about $250 per job. I paid $4,658 for my entire job, & that was with a 15% military discount, & a 10% senior citizen discount.
