What a wonderful experience! I have been looking around and getting quotes on gutters for our house. Alissa W came out and spend over an hour talking and explaining the products, and company its self. She was warm, kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge, which in return she was more than capable of answering all my questions. We were able to finalize everything with ease! They are able to install in less then a week! Thank you Alissa for your time! Look forward to seeing how it all comes out!
The first crew they send did a horrible job and after one day we’re not even half done. The workmanship was sloppy and practically everything about the installation was not right. I called the man who sold me the system and pointed out all the issues that I had a problem with as well as sent photos and videos of the job. He asked me to call the Leaf Filter customer service line so they would have a first hand description of my experience, and I did. The distributor, Rich Tremblay came out to our home to provide an estimate for a gutter replacement. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained in detail the quality of the products offered, the material specification used and the estimate of time to complete the project. Very good experience - sales and gutter installation almost a year ago. I had the Leaf Filter added a couple days ago. I was amazed at the amount of Pine needles and leaves that had clogged the gutters. It will no longer be a worry. The installer, Josh, was very professional and respectful in answering my questions about how the system will work & the warranty. I’m very confident I made the right decision. Their sales manager Matt was very informative explaining how the leaffilter works and the process of the installation. The installer Jeff was very professional and had the gutters and leaf filters installed within a few hours. Within 2 days Leaf filter sent David to inspect the installation was helpful assisting us with a change to a down spout. We are very grateful for thier customer service.
