The first crew they send did a horrible job and after one day we’re not even half done. The workmanship was sloppy and practically everything about the installation was not right. I called the man who sold me the system and pointed out all the issues that I had a problem with as well as sent photos and videos of the job. He asked me to call the Leaf Filter customer service line so they would have a first hand description of my experience, and I did. Your crew of Devvyn and Jack did a great job with installing our two new gutters with gutter guards. Professional and efficient. Once on site they took a couple of extra steps to accomplish what needed to be done the right way and we’re very pleased with the results. Looks great and we expect it will function as described. Exceptional experience with Alissa Wetzelaer, the Salesperson from Leaf Filter Gutters. I supervised many persons in my professional career before retiring and never subscribed to the everybody’s gets an A grade so want you to understand I am a tough evalulator. ZERO STAR! Awful experience. The sales rep kept asking if this was a company we wanted to work with in between his cheesy sales pitch — in hindsight, the answer should’ve been no. Installers left gutters short on both ends with big holes ON DAY OF INSTALL, the local office ignores calls, and customer service told us to hire someone else to fix their mistake. Reporting to BBB. We recently had Jake out to give us a quote for new gutters, and I can't recommend him enough. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our different options without any pushy sales tactics. The quote he provided was fair and competitive. The crew he scheduled did a fantastic job with the installation.
