We were having issues with our old gutter helmet system getting clogged, so decided to change over to Leaf Filter. The product was installed in early September. Instead of being removed, the old gutter helmet system was sawed off and holes were patched with caulk. It looks horrible and the water now flows over the gutters instead of into them. I like the product but it’s not performing as the sales rep stated it would. I had water seep into my basement due to not having long enough downspout extensions. I asked the crew if it was long enough, they said yes. Clearly not. There’s a tech here right now to adjust for the second time. It should have been done right in the first place. I also should not have had to purchase on my own extensions for them, the techs should have seen I had long ones on my old gutters and installed additional extensions. Communication is ... read more

Had the system installed a few years ago. Noticed it leaks every time it rains. Had them come out and found out that the caulking was just blobs and not even at the seams. For the past month I've been trying to get them to come to fix this (as they said they would) and there's no response from the local office. worst company if your customer they call you daily and never when you state a specific time that works, it is a call center, so no one knows anything, no supervisors available when requested. I haven't even had the inspection yet and I am already done with these people. NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Update: See... I was told leaf filter would come with a lifetime guarantee on preventing clogged gutters and that any debris that would land on top of the filter would just blow right off. After having these for three years now I can say this is not true. The seeds and debris falling from trees pile up on top of the filters and prevent the water from going into the gutters and start growing from the filters themselves.
