The sales pitch was great, and we agreed to have the Leaf Filter system installed. From there, it’s been one issue after another. On the day of installation, no one showed up. It was rescheduled, and when the technician finally came, he said they were overbooked and it would take two days to finish. I didn't expect to get gutters, though mine were clogged and old. I was only looking for an estimate. But I finally got a great off-season quote I couldn't pass up. I was impressed with the sales visit, its thoroughness and organization. And I'd needed to divert water better, away from the house. Everything went well from sales to install. The installation team was fantastic. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and delivered a solid installation. I’m a licensed contractor, and a Director for a large construction firm in the DC area, and I’m very satisfied with this company
The technicians were very friendly. Their machine kept blowing my circuit breaker, so he said he had to go get it fixed. I had to call the next day to find out when they were coming back and was told the following day. They came back late afternoon and it was dark by the time they finished. So I couldn't really examine the installation. Not as professional as I would expect from a company with this stature.
My leaf filter representative was Chris Mckinley (hope it’s spelled correct) he is really good at what he due and is really knowledgeable about his craft all together my experience was excellent.
