We had a great experience with LeafFilter. One of our gutters fell off, so we called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day by 1 PM, which we really appreciated. Our representative, Rob, was amazing. He took the time to clearly explain the services they offer, what he recommended for our home, and even what he didn’t think we needed. We purchased our Leaf Filter system in 2023. The product has worked well until recently. On one of our smaller areas, the helicopter seeds/leaves built up on one side of the screen of the product and created an indentation. This led to a build up so the water was not able to run through like it should. Instead, the water stops at the build up where the screen was indented and the water pours over our gutter and onto our patio when it rains. We purchased the LeafGutter Protection. Service Rep (Xavier) was professional and knowledgeable of the work and materials. He was not hesitant when we had a ton of questions. He cordially followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with the work and reminded us not to hesitate to contact the company or himself should we have further questions or concerns. The installers were knowledgeable and prompt. They took their time with the work ensuring everything was secure. Highly recommend!!!
Pushy sales tactics. Started with a quote of $29,000 for gutters on a 1000sq' ranch. Somehow talked down to $3k after an annoying 2 hours in my living room. After all that, this is the quality workmanship you'd get for $500 a foot. I guess overcharging people 10x still isn't enough, and they want me to pay to have this obviously incorrect installation fixed. 0 stars. Just get some guy in a pickup truck instead.
