We purchased our Leaf Filter system in 2023. The product has worked well until recently. On one of our smaller areas, the helicopter seeds/leaves built up on one side of the screen of the product and created an indentation. This led to a build up so the water was not able to run through like it should. Instead, the water stops at the build up where the screen was indented and the water pours over our gutter and onto our patio when it rains. We called Leaf Filter knowing we have a lifetime warranty on the product, as this is ... read more
Representative Mat Degennaro clearly had thoroughly researched and presented the company's mission with the company's handbook with great enthusiasm which allowed us to have a very engaging and insightful conversation. I was impressed with his confident communication style, knowledge and sense of well-deserved humor. He clearly articulated and explained his experience, the contract details, the finances, warranty, and of course the product. He did an awesome job and kept me at ease with deciding on this project. We purchased the LeafGutter Protection. Service Rep (Xavier) was professional and knowledgeable of the work and materials. He was not hesitant when we had a ton of questions. He cordially followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with the work and reminded us not to hesitate to contact the company or himself should we have further questions or concerns. The installers were knowledgeable and prompt. They took their time with the work ensuring everything was secure. Highly recommend!!!
Pushy sales tactics. Started with a quote of $29,000 for gutters on a 1000sq' ranch. Somehow talked down to $3k after an annoying 2 hours in my living room. After all that, this is the quality workmanship you'd get for $500 a foot. I guess overcharging people 10x still isn't enough, and they want me to pay to have this obviously incorrect installation fixed. 0 stars. Just get some guy in a pickup truck instead.
I had a very needed 18ft long gutter and downspout installed above the door of our rear Florida room. The door, frame, and steps were in need. This was not a large job, but our salesperson, Matt, didn't think that mattered. He was more interested in doing what was needed in our situation with quality materials and expert installers. I am so impressed with the employee who did the install. He was meticulous and highly efficient! He did the install quickly without any problems, and left my property without an ounce of debris l... read more
