Sales rep Leo that came out for our inspection and estimate did a fantastic job. He explained everything in detail. Answered all questions clearly. Even went above and beyond providing information / understanding and contacts to help us as someone who has also dealt with buying / repairing a home in Kentucky. Outstanding customer service from Leo.
Sales representative was very helpful and informative. The installers did a great job putting up our new gutters and downspouts! They also left a very clean jobsite and removed all the old gutters and hauled them away. We have underground drainage and they attached the new downspouts perfectly to the drainage system!
They showed up early and did a great job. Only reason i gave them a 4 and not a 5, is they didnt pick up all the nails and the screws from the old gutters. That is a big deal unless, u want to get a flat tire on your vehicles or farm equipment…?? And i do not.
