Bought the product and enjoy for the past 3 years with only one call back to fix an issue . The installation and customer service was great. That is where the positive ends. Just today we had to pay $600 to remove our system so we can get the roof done and this is how I found it when I got home from work. What kind of company would charge $6,000 to install and then charge $1,200 to remove and put back on to keep the warranty and do such a poor job. Doubt I will get anywhere as I currently have been on hold for 17 minutes. ... read more
The leaf filter consultation and installation was all very smooth , seamless quick and non disruptive ! Was really great experience. Both the consultation specialist Matt and installer (Jacob I think) were great respectful and easy to work with .
I am beyond frustrated with Leaf Filter’s lack of customer service. I had my gutters installed in mid April. Had two leaks in the seams so I scheduled service. The tech came out and installed splash guards which fixed one of the problems, but not the second one. Called back and had service scheduled on August 25th supposedly between noon and four. We had a great experience with J&A Exterior Seamless Gutters. They were knowledgeable, worked quickly, and left the property spotless when they were done. The gutters look fantastic and the quality of the installation is top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Jacob gave me courtesy call letting me know his eta, which I appreciated. He was friendly, polite and on time. He explained what was done and showed me pictures of the finished work as well as work in progress. He did great job of cleaning up. Couldn't tell he was even here. I plan on putting this system on my next house. I will recommend this product to anyone interested in this type of gutter blocking system.
