The leaf filter consultation and installation was all very smooth , seamless quick and non disruptive ! Was really great experience. Both the consultation specialist Matt and installer (Jacob I think) were great respectful and easy to work with .
Jacob gave me courtesy call letting me know his eta, which I appreciated. He was friendly, polite and on time. He explained what was done and showed me pictures of the finished work as well as work in progress. He did great job of cleaning up. Couldn't tell he was even here. I plan on putting this system on my next house. I will recommend this product to anyone interested in this type of gutter blocking system.
This company is great! The initial salesman that came out, Michael Pajtas, was very professional. He explained everything clearly and was very straightforward about how the Leaf Filter system worked and how this process would go. They were able to get us scheduled almost immediately, and our installer, Jacob, did an amazing job! Reasonable price and, most importantly, EXCELLENT work. They repaired a rotting soffit and added a new, more substantial gutter to address the root cause of the rot. Not an upsell, just knowing their stuff and suggesting a solution. Installation was quick and well done.
Mike Hampton did an excellent job with the installation. He arrived on time, clearly explained the scope of work, and completed everything efficiently. He even identified and removed a golf ball blocking one of the downspouts during the cleaning. We really appreciate the thorough and high-quality work.
