The gutters went up quickly and look good. The request for changing a down spout direction wasn't a problem. I was told they went through and cleaned up but I found a lot of stuff. It wasn't like it was in tall grass, 3 old gutter spikes on the front cement walk. 2 gutter spikes in the cement driveway along with the white screws to hold the leaf guard. Today we are writing a review of the sales representative from LeafFilter Gutter Protection. Tre’von Grover was the best! He was polite, well informed and not pushy at all. He did a thorough job of measuring all our gutters. Then his presentation was clear and he answered all of our questions. He demonstrated how the competition products work compared to LeafFilter at our kitchen sink. Ben, the contractor salesman who came to my house and explained the product and process, was so professionally knowledgeable and a kind caring person that I felt comfortable and trusting of this company and the product. The installers were just as professional and customer friendly. The communication was excellent letting me know timeframes and they fulfilled them. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend and trust this company, the product and all workers involved.
The installation was done without an issue. The main person was dillagent though out the process. High recommendation. Leaf Filter. We had put the gutter work off, until we received positive information.
From the information I That arrived in the mail, then the call I made, the process was well coordinated though the installation. Everyone was accommodating and easy to work with. We will enjoy knowing we are better prepared from the weather elements!
