Had gutter guards installed on my existing gutters. Installer Manny was on time and explained the whole process to me before he started. During installation he was professional and kept the noise to a minimum, also he removed all waste from gutters and showed me before and after pictures of work performed. Outside of home wash clean and showed no sign of with being done. Will update review in the spring when the true test will begin with the rain.
3 stars because the installer didn’t use best practices when cleaning the gutters before installing, left an entire section of the old guard and now I have this mess to deal with. Tossed handfuls of shingle grit and gunk onto my sidewalk and pavers, I stopped by the office, said they would be out to clean it up and no show or call. We called Leaf Filter out for a quote and it was not a great experience. The salesman was very friendly and I give him 4/5 only because he rushed a bit but was otherwise a pleasure to work with. The 1/5 comes from the company as after the quote was given which cost as much as replacing my roof (for gutter guards). This was after all discounts. We had new gutters, downspouts and the leaf filter system install. The customer service, installation and cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend this company.
I received a flyer in the mail from Leaf filter. Called the 800 number and I'm impressed very quick response ..had a salesman come out immediately the same day. The response and the friendliness was impressive as well as the education of how gutters work Brandon is a top 5 star salesman and he's incredibly nice. Helpful. Gave us a great education on this product. I would recommend calling Leaf filter for an estimate anytime. I'm very impressed with Brandon. Kudos to Brandon. Give him a raise!
