I called 3 times to get a copy of my mom's receipt for her taxes. I was told the first time from Selena on 2-17-26 it would take 7 to 10 days. Called on 2-27 and was told it should be here any day. Called 3-10 and talked to John and was told it could not be mailed. Could be e-mailed but I have no way to download. I will never work or recommend these guys. Product not that good and very over priced! Also office employees not accommending.
