Had a very competent and helpful sales agent, Jonah, come out and walk me through what was needed to fix my gutters and rotted fascia boards. Got a very competitive quote and the quality far surpassed what was expected. There was a team of 2 guys that took their time and did an excellent job installing. We hired them to replace our gutters but they supposed to replace the gutters plus the facial board that’s attached with gutters but on the day of service they mentioned they will only replace gutters and they will only replace 6ft of the board. When they were giving us estimates we confirmed with them 3 times they will replace all of the board on the top. Sales rep said yes. On the day of service they denied it. When I talk with Shawn, the sales person represented Leaf filters He explained himself very professionally. I liked what I heard and when he said they could be out here the next day and with a good price to install the gutters. I was very impressed. The two gentlemen did a fantastic job the color match. Excellent they were very efficient and how much work they had to do.
