The system was installed about 5 years ago and has had overflow issues. I have made several attempts to get someone out to inspect the system only to get zero response and a different answer each time I call. To tell me the system is working properly when it's not and telling me I have to pay $125 to have someone come out when a lifetime warranty is supposed to be in place is false advertising. Our gutters leaked, aka poured over in an unsightly waterfall, right at the front of our house and onto our front landscaping, we definitely needed our gutters replaced. Leaf filter came promptly for our consultation, then made it easy but comfortable--without undue pressure, to book an appointment for our new gutters. The gutter installation team showed up promptly, worked quickly, were friendly and got a very nice job done. Very happy with the quality of the product and service.
Great job installing soffit, gutters and gutter guards on our home. Always willing to answer questions and give advice when asked. Work was completed fast and installers were quick and knew their trade well. Wish we had not put this off as long as we did. It was painless and now my husband and son will not have to be climbing ladders to clean the gutters.. Thanks LeafFilter!
