Max came out and after walking and reviewing the gutters with me, he was able to provide me with valuable information which sealed the deal for me. The materials they use are of much better quality than your regular gutters. The screen filter protection is also of high quality (Max showed me samples of these). I had Leafilter come out to evaluate my gutters as I was having a pooling and flooding issue in my back yard. From start to finish I received prompt and attentive service. Trevor and Becky not only identified the main issue: a poorly functioning and incomplete DIY gutter system, but spent quite some time explaining my options for replacement. I had my gutters installed in February/March of 2025, and they have had to come back 4 times since due to poor quality of work, which has lead to water leaking into my laundry room. When I have called the office I have asked them to send a different, more experienced crew, but they keep sending back the same crew. How can any tradesmen, or craftsman look at the work they've done, and think this is a good or acceptable job? Woody came out to do the measurements for my gutters & was very knowledgeable and professional regarding the needs for my house. He went on to explain how adding Leaf Filter to the gutters would help prevent future damage and headaches I'd experienced from not having gutters resulting in having to have major siding replacement work done.
