The salesperson who came out was very nice, friendly, and professional. After a bit of negotiating, we came to a reasonable agreement that felt fair for both sides. He was knowledgeable, answered my questions clearly, and was responsive throughout the process. Installation is scheduled promptly, which I appreciate.
