Do not waste your money. I got these a year ago. they came out twice because the corner of the house was still leaking. I have been out of town and working a lot. I noticed it was still leaking in that corner the other day so I called them and they told me I would have to pay $95 for a service call. I told I was not because it was never corrected to begin with. She said because it has been a year I have to pay the service call. This review is based on service, not product. I visited their vendor booth at the Home Show at the Davenport Fairgounds on Nov 1, 2025 to get some information on how the system worked, as an investment property I’m purchasing has this system recently installed. The rep was helpful and explained the system. I mentioned to my husband that it may be a good system for our personal home, and that’s when the attitude of the rep changed. Super service from everyone I dealt with. Have needed my gutters fixed for a long time. He was not pushy nor overbearing like some "salesmen" can be. Both men were more than pleasant to work with!
I noticed my trees pine needles are sticking to the leaf filter openings. I was under the assumption all leaves would fly off the leaf filter. Btw...it hasn't rained since the filters were installed, so I'm holding on backing my star rating until I see how the rain behaves.
