Salesman Marty, really a pro! Courteous & respectful. He preformed a complete inspection, and offered an explanation on products available at Leaf Factor, costs & material differences .Seems to me they have/offer the superior product of those available. Marty answered all my questions & offered suggestions. Lots of options and all presented to me. This is a person who was comfortable with his product line & sincerely believed it's the best! I do also!
5 Stars all around. The installation crew did a fabulous job. Showed up on time, installed gutters all around the house. Cleaned up after completion. Kept me up to speed throughout the entire process and did a final walk-around at the completion of the job! The CC gutters and downspouts look awesome! Thanks again.
Wanted a quote for gutters on the back of my house. Dave showed up and took his measurements. Came inside and told us about what Leaf Filter offers. He then said it would cost $3500 to put gutters on the back of my house. I told him that is four times higher then another quote I got. He then started talking about discounts from ads. Even with a 25% discount, he is still too high. He then said "I can charge you our cost for materials and labor and that cost would be $1100". We were very excited to get a quote from Leaf Filter up until we sat down with the rep that was sent. We were ultimately treated with dignity and respect. The rep took every opportunity to find some sort of connection (church, music, military) to come up to our level. He then hit us with a $8000 quote for 160 LF of gutters with 4 downspouts.
