Jacob and Justin were polite, professional, and friendly. Jacob explained our options, throughly explaining what the Leaf Filter gutter protection installation is all about and how it keeps leaves and roof granules out of your gutters forever. My first contact with San Joe LeafFilter was with Anthony. Very friendly and personable. Not your typical high pressure approach. He scheduled an appointment for me to see Danny Eng. Danny also presented me with all the facts on the gutters and the company.. He was very easy to speak to and get my questions answered. Worked performed was cleaning out all gutters on home and sunroom. Excellent job from begining to end !
Installer was very friendly and competent. He quickly established a good rapport and was very anxious to please me, which he did. He was respectful of my time and was very thorough with the job, and the cleanup. Good job with installation of the filter
Definitely not happy and or satisfied First off, the salesman misled me telling me I would not see the screws installing the filter/But I do-Second, he said that they would use stainless steel screws/They do not-Third, he said they would install hidden brackets every 2 feet\ They do not they are over 4 feet spans with no brackets The project itself seems very good/Then install is horrible pieces are either overlapped or cut too short or don’t line up and there is way too much silicone by all their mistakes The product needs ... read more
