Jacob and Justin were polite, professional, and friendly. Jacob explained our options, throughly explaining what the Leaf Filter gutter protection installation is all about and how it keeps leaves and roof granules out of your gutters forever. My first contact with San Joe LeafFilter was with Anthony. Very friendly and personable. Not your typical high pressure approach. He scheduled an appointment for me to see Danny Eng. Danny also presented me with all the facts on the gutters and the company.. He was very easy to speak to and get my questions answered. We hired LeafFilter to install a leaf filtration system and replace several runs of gutter. After the gutter installation, we noticed a ring of water on the patio directly under one of the new gutters. Upon inspecting the gutter above, we discovered LeafFilter installed a screw too low in the side of the gutter wall where moisture was dripping out.
