Robert was my local Rep. Who came out on short notice and gave me a very reasonable quote and thorough background information on their company and product. Was impressed with Robert's professionalism and knowledge of the product. We will be using them in the future to install our gutters!
Unfortunately they installed my gutter incorrectly on a flat roof with existing membrane. They seemed so focused on sales rather than work quality. The contractors were in a rush to throw it all up in a day or two to. When I had them come back out to analyze it, these two creepy guys hung out on my roof near my office window for a long time. Outstanding company and products! Logan did a great job explaining the Leaf Filter products and warranties. All details were presented and all questions answered. Very accommodating with start date, as well as financing options. The military discount was greatly appreciated as well!!
I’ve been and have run my own business for 39 years, Robert Frenkel the Leaf Filter rep was a professional and someone who I would hire in a heartbeat. He knew his stuff, explained everything in detail and most of all was not a pushy salesman, he let the product speak for itself. I always have a 24 hour rule on all purchases or major decisions and this was one of the few times I broke that rule. Been looking into doing this for sometime and really did my due diligence and Leaf Filter was the right choice!!
