We received Leaf Chair so we could have better access to our second story of our house, mainly to be used for storage and an extra guest room. The steps are rather steep and unsafe to be climbing up and down a lot.. Our representative, Mr. O’Tool, was very prompt and was knowledgeable about what we needed to solve this problem. I knew Darryl Featherstone’s uncle. He was my jr high school basketball coach. Small world. Most important, Darryl was outstanding and knew everything. He had a lot of patience and he used his authority to give us pretty much the same price we were quoted last year. Let me just say that Joe O’Toole was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made moving forward with the decision to get the LeafFilter system today very easy and was incredibly helpful, informative, and respectful. He was also great with my dogs, which says a lot about a person. You can truly tell he’s a good human—highly recommend working with him.
Joe O'Toole was an excellent sales person. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is our second experience with LeafFilter and have been very pleased with our previous installation.
