I had ongoing issues with water overflow near a downspout area and spent the past couple months trying to get the problem properly addressed. Communication was frustrating. There were delays/canceled appointments, and I had difficulty getting clear written explanations regarding the cause of the issue or responsibility for the resulting damage concerns. Product broke off within a year. We were told by our roofer that they used the wrong screws to secure the leaf filter. When we called them to have it fix they did not call us back and then sent us an estimate of $1800 to fix the area that broke.
My experience with this company was great up until the install happened. The install team was sloppy, and I mean very sloppy. After removing the screws and nails from my old gutter system they just let them fall to the ground. I had to spend 2 hours removing them from my driveway and my yard! Secondly, they did not replace the downspouts as originally agreed upon. I had to call them and make a second appointment to install the downspouts that I had already paid for. Paid over 7,000 for these which ok they work. I recently had some damage to my house and Trying to get them to come fix the thing. I guess they only want the initial install. Don't expect a call back if you need them warrantied. Further more there is NOOOO PROFESSIONALISM. The one time he did show up the overwhelming smell of pot was not appropriate. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY
It had to be done over two days because of weather but the technicians were very good. I had gutters installed. They showed me pictures but I forgot to ask if cleaned my downspouts.
