I had ongoing issues with water overflow near a downspout area and spent the past couple months trying to get the problem properly addressed. Communication was frustrating. I absolutely would NOT recommend Leaf Filter to anyone, they came out and installed new gutters, immediately started having problems, I could tell the one gutter was not properly installed, they forgot to seal the end caps, and these people are so called "professional installers" I had to call the office and beg and beg for them to come out and fix it, and when they would they wouldn't have the materials to do so, I should've had a local gutter company come out and do it, very very disgusted with them. Product broke off within a year. We were told by our roofer that they used the wrong screws to secure the leaf filter. When we called them to have it fix they did not call us back and then sent us an estimate of $1800 to fix the area that broke.
Had leaf filter install gutter covers and add downspouts that were damaged. Trouble began approximately nearly one year after installation. Dripping and runoff Called for service and was told warranties don’t cover any of that. Also scheduled two appointments to have evaluation of problem and correct the issues. No one showed for either appointment and now they don’t even return calls. Paid over 7,000 for these which ok they work. I recently had some damage to my house and Trying to get them to come fix the thing. I guess they only want the initial install. Don't expect a call back if you need them warrantied. Further more there is NOOOO PROFESSIONALISM. The one time he did show up the overwhelming smell of pot was not appropriate. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY
