Dealt with the Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada office. These folks were great on both the business and installation sides. Melvin and Dave in the Moncton office worked with us to make a business proposal the worked for us: very professional and pleasant. Their installation team, Wesley and Lee were simply OUTSTANDING. Had Doreen Hawthorne from LeafFilter come in to give us a quote (est.) to replace my existing gutters . They explained the work that was going to take place and the price was negotiated to our satisfaction . Thank you for working with us and making our decisions easy .
Satisfied of the work, the employees were friendly, efficient and everything went as plan. The job looks good but I gave only 4 stars because of the pricing. They have a good product, but the price look disporpotionate comparing the amount of work and product used. Did not have the chance yet to test their client service after the installation but got ask many times if I was satisfied.
Absolutely terrible. A scam service out of the Moncton NB office in Canada. Not sure about others but they were quick to come and give an estimate. A bit expensive, a bit north of $9000.00 but we signed a contract. The installer came and looked at the job and said he would have to call his boss to see if they were going to pay him for what he felt was extra labour to lower the gutters and he was told no and left. They came to install within a reasonable time, was quick to remove old ones and put up new ones. Very friendly and courteous. Kept in touch when needed. My house looks soooo much better. Thank you leafFilter!
