Great sales guy Josh. No pressure. Understood our needs and did not upsell unwanted items. Saw samples of the product and how it works. Fast install turnaround. No mess. Great crew. Friendly and careful arounds the house. Fixed what needed to be fixed. Reinforce existing problem areas and replaced damaged runs. I would definitely recommend this company.
After much frustration trying to get through through the companies general number, I got through using the service number and got someone scheduled to come out. Jonathan was a God send. He was just great and went beyond the call. He diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it Corners/joint were leaking so he applied sealant. I asked the company to send someone come and check my current eavestroughs. One of their specialist came and checked out and told me he can replace the eavestroughs. Made me sign a contract. After his visit I read the contract asked my son to read it too. My son they were asking for too much money which we could not afford right now. I contacted the company number before the three days cancellation expired and cancelled the contract within the time limit. 06/24/2025 The most horrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND. When we asked for a quote, we got upwards of 50 calls at all times, it was terrible. The sales person was quick at showing up doing the sales pitch. Installation was done swiftly, 1.5 hours. When we looked at what they did, we called and threatened to stop the payment as nothing was done as promised.. I will let the pictures tell the story. Thank you for your excellent service:) Sim's presentation was really helpful to understand how this product protects homes from all kinds of water damage from leaf rot to ice damage and even moldy basements! Leaf 🌿Filter service was incredible and installation with Ryan was really professional, courteous and quick! The quality of the workmanship was superb! After a heavy rainfall the eavestroughs were protected and only clean water through the gutters!!! thank you for all your hard work and great product protection!
