This is a tough one for me as I initially liked the product and the reviews all seemed to be good. The install and overall functionality of this product actually did almost $1000 damage to my home. Called Leaf Filter about the warranty on it and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday as it was the weekend and service calls are $95 to start with. My neighbor thankfully had a ladder and helped me patch it for the weekend so nothing got inside my attic. Spent $3600 a year ago for the convenience of not having to clean... read more
We had Happy Gokey as our salesman tonight … and he was INCREDIBLE!! Definitely one of the best salesmen we’ve ever met! He was knowledgeable, friendly, very thorough, accommodating, and had a great sense of humour. He answered all of our questions with ease and explained the whole process in great detail. We were VERY impressed! He is a GREAT representative for LeafFilter! If we could have given him a higher rating than 5 stars, we definitely would have!!
The sales person, Happy, was a good representative of the company. He reflected their values and priorities. He gave us an overview of what the company was about and how they do their business. The end price he wrote down was reasonable. It is not his fault that I didn't move forward with signing anything. As I told the folks at the trade show, I just wanted an estimate so I could budget (hopefully) for it after my summer work. YES - It's early February and we have yet to have a mid-winter melt. Saying that we had the system installed on Thursday the 5th and for obvious reasons are currently unable to comment on its performance.
