YES - It's early February and we have yet to have a mid-winter melt. Saying that we had the system installed on Thursday the 5th and for obvious reasons are currently unable to comment on its performance. This is a tough one for me as I initially liked the product and the reviews all seemed to be good. The install and overall functionality of this product actually did almost $1000 damage to my home. Called Leaf Filter about the warranty on it and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday as it was the weekend and service calls are $95 to start with. My neighbor thankfully had a ladder and helped me patch it for the weekend so nothing got inside my attic. Spent $3600 a year ago for the convenience of not having to clean... read more
Installer was prompt and notified us of his arrival time. He worked efficiently and made sure he left our premises cleared of any debris from the installation. We are very satisfied with the leaf filter product.
They were punctual. Here when promised. Cleaned up after themselves. Obviously enjoyed their job, because one of the guys was singing outloud. Nice to hear. Maybe Santa will bring them a NEW outdoor extension cord, since theirs didn't work. That's the only reason why I gave them a 4 out of 5.
Ricardo came and inspected and added/fixed the missing two pieces. He also found something that was stuck in the gutter(which should have been found at the initial installation. Ricardo knew what he was doing and that was very evident. He was pleasant, explained everything and repaired it!! My faith in leaf filter has been restored thanks to Ricardo.
